The vast majority of unsafe gas work done in the UK is done by unregistered people. Incorrectly fitted or services gas appliances have serious consequences, such as gas leaks, explosions and CO (Carbon Monoxide) Poisoning.

Boiler Installations

Boiler installations are a large part of our business and we cover all types of boiler installations in Nottingham, including new installations, replacements and conversions. We are a Gas Safe registered business and all installations will be followed by a Certificate of Building Regulations compliance.

Servicing 

A regular service of a boiler can have many benefits, including significantly increasing the life span of a boiler, improving efficiency and preventing faults occurring. 

Boilers should be serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer and most manufactures will require this to maintain a warranty.

Gas Safety Certificates

Gas Safety Certificates are a legal requirement for all rental properties and must carried out every twelve months. The inspection will cover all gas appliances in the property and insure they are working correctly, safely and that there is no gas leak in the property. The inspection usually takes around 30 minutes for two appliances.

We offer fixed fees for Gas Safety Certificates in Nottingham that are, £49.99 for one or two appliances and £15.00 per additional appliance thereafter.
